Lubbock-Con 2027 will take place on February 27th & 28th!
At the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center located on 1501 Mac Davis Ln. Lubbock, Tx. 79401
Lubbock-Con 2027 is presented by the non-profit organization Lubbock-Con Ventures. AND MADE POSSIBLE IN PART THROUGH A GRANT FROM THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, AS RECOMMENDED BY CIVIC LUBBOCK, INC.

Submitting an application does not guarantee exhibit space at Lubbock-Con 2027. Please read all information and rules carefully, as it is the responsibility of the applicant to know what they are applying for.
All applications are subject to review. Lubbock-Con Ventures reserves the right to refuse any application deemed to conflict with the organization's specific purposes. We ask that your business be nerdy, geeky, gaming, cosplay, or pop-culture related or related to that industry. No direct sales/network marketing or recruiting allowed. If, after review by Lubbock-Con, an application is rejected; the applicant is entitled to a full refund regardless of when the application was received (minus a $15. application fee)
Placement of Vendor/Exhibitor space is at Lubbock-Con's sole and absolute discretion.
All Vendor/Exhibitor fees are due with application. Payments can be made by credit card ONLY through PayPal.
CHECKS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
No space will be reserved unless paid in full.

*Selling A.I. Generated Products Disclaimer*
The selling of any A.I. generated products such as art, literature, music, merchandise or content in any form is prohibited at Lubbock-Con.
We wholeheartedly believe in supporting our artist and creator community.
We also strongly discourage the use of A.I. generated images used for displays or items such as logos, banners, freebies, signs, packaging, etc. If you are interested in connecting with a real life human artist, Lubbock-Con has began a list on our website with artists that will be more than happy to assist you with your needs. You can find that page HERE.
A.I. Generated products in any form will not be allowed or accepted to be sold at Lubbock-Con. You will be asked to provide a link to your business products or art during the application process. If no images of your products can be provided or links with no content are sent, your application will be declined. If you purchase graphics or content through a third-party vendors for your products such as, but not limited to: tumblers, t-shirts, candles, posters, books, book covers, art boards, stickers, videos, etc. You are responsible for researching that the content you are selling is not A.I. generated. If you are caught selling A.I. generated products in any form, you will be given a warning to remove the items from your inventory. If caught displaying it a second time, or caught selling it, you will be asked to leave the premises without a refund of any kind. And you will not be allowed to apply to any Lubbock-Con event in the future. The decision of whether the images in question are A.I. generated or not, is up to Lubbock-Con's discretion. No exceptions.
VENDOR BOOTHS
Vendors booths may sell both commercial merchandise (comic books, board and video games, memorabilia, art, etc.) and/or merchandise that they've created, such as: freelance artwork, self-published books, homemade jewelry, crafts, etc.. All booths include pipe and drape backdrop, with skirts on sides and tables. All displays must be kept within the booth’s specified dimensions. Absolutely no food or ready to consume products are allowed.

ARTISTS/WRITER/CRAFTER BOOTHS & TABLES
Artists/Writer/Crafter booths and tables may only sell merchandise that they've created, such as: freelance artwork, self-published books, homemade jewelry, crafts, etc.
10 x 10 ft. Artist/Writer/Crafter Booth - $230
6 ft. Artist Table (approx. 8 x8 ft. space) - $155
ADD-ONS (available after Booth/Table selection)
Please note that these add-ons will be available for purchase at the door during Check-In with a price increase for each item. The available amount limit per type of selection will still apply at Exhibitor Check-In.
Additional Event Badges can be purchased for staff/employees. (max number based on Booth/Table selection)

These items are ONLY available during this application process and WILL NOT be available for purchase at Check-In.
Vendor SPONSOR BOOTH ADD-ON (Limited Amount Available) - Gives you the option of adding an additional 10x10 ft booth to your chosen vendor space. (Can turn a 10x20 into a 10x30. More info in the application).

Looking to sell food or snacks at Lubbock-Con 2027?
Food vendors are ONLY allowed with Lubbock-Con and Civic Center approval. If you are not an approved food vendor, you are NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ANY READY TO CONSUME ITEMS. This includes, but not limited to: bottled water, sodas, candy, popcorn, snacks, cookies, energy drinks, gum, cotton candy, freeze-dried goods, any pre-packaged goods, etc.
