Charles of Chaks Productions is an award-winning cosplayer from North Texas. He is known to pick more unconventional characters to challenge himself with each new build. He began with foam fabrication and his first costume, Emmet from the Lego Movie, won him the Best Craftsmanship award at Dallas Comic-Con in 2014. Since then, he has worked with all facets of cosplay with a strong emphasis on 3D printing.

Cosplay Cowboy & Last Raven Cosplay
The Cosplay Cowboy: I became interested in cosplay after watching “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith” as a 12 year old and saw the 501st walking into the theater in front of me in full stormtrooper armor.
In September of 2016 I found a tutorial on YouTube on how to build a Halo: ODST costume and Immediately started working on my own! . I made several adaptations to my kits over the years and even evolved them into a Mark 5 Halo armor! My most popular cosplays are Dwight Schrute from The Office and Spiderman! Cosplaying helps fuel my creative side and continues to inspire me for future costumes ideas! I met my wife at one convention, I proposed to her at another, and now married to @lastravencosplay We have brought our daughter into the con world. I am always willing to help others by sharing the knowledge I have about cosplay to help expand our cosplay community!

Last Raven Cosplay: My first costume was Harley Quinn to help promote an art event at LCU. Since then,I have compiled a total of 23 costumes over the span of 7 years!. Cosplaying has been a fantastic creative outlet and has brought me so many memories and wonderful people into my life. Including my husband @the_cosplay_cowboy who I met at a comic con in 2017. Cosplaying as a couple has been awesome. We even got engaged as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider at Lubbock-Con 2020 right before the pandemic. Starting in 2022 we added a third cosplayer to our family and now get to enjoy events all together. Becoming all my favorite characters is such a joyful part of my life.
